Joan was such a sweet lady, always a kind word and a smile for everyone. It was a pleasure to see her and Arnie when they went downtown for a burger, and Arnie would let you know he appreciated it when it arrived with a thick slice of onion. I worked at Nasco in the late 70′s and a nicer gal in the office could not be found. She is in heaven with Arnie, but remember, when you think of her it’s because she’s whispering in your ear!
