Florence loved me like a Mother and I loved her. I always felt apart of the Lemke family. “Mom” extended that love and “membership” to Sue when I brought her home. Memories of the Rock River, skipping stones, fishing, chess games and eating all those Friday night meals. I truly loved her fried potatoes! Lee & Lucy would have been lost without her help. My fondest, most recent memory is last Labor Day weekend at our daughter Jessie’s wedding . . . after the ceremony,”Mom” & I took a trip down memory lane , so much family history between us. We also, have a photo of my Mom & Florence sitting companionably side by side sharing the day. How they cared for each other. I’ll always hold on to “Mom” in my heart. Please accept from myself & Sue our most heart-felt sorrow at the passing of Florence. She was simply the best. Tom & Sue
