What a full and wonderful life your father had, Gay. I am glad I was able to learn more about him and how accomplished he was. But I know losing him will leave a void. Losing a parent is so, so hard, no matter the circumstances. You have been a wonderful son and done so much for your parents. Tomorrow will be difficult, and you will think of him a lot. Deb, you have been a terrific support as Gay traveled often to assist his parents. I am leaving for Colorado tomorrow, a destination it sounds as though Big Gay would appreciate. I will be thinking of you and your family.
Love, Kathy
